Plagiarism Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2025
P.R.A maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism in all its forms. We are committed to
ensuring that all manuscripts we assist with are original, properly cited, and meet the plagiarism standards
of target journals and indexing databases.
Our Plagiarism Standards
- All manuscripts must have a similarity index below 15% (as per most journal requirements) before
submission
- We use industry-standard tools including iThenticate and Turnitin for plagiarism detection
- Self-plagiarism (reuse of your own previously published work without proper citation) is also checked and
flagged
- Proper citation and attribution of all referenced works is mandatory in all manuscripts
Our Plagiarism Removal Process
- Initial plagiarism check with detailed similarity report provided to the client
- Professional paraphrasing and rewriting of flagged sections while preserving original meaning
- Re-checking after editing to ensure similarity index meets target journal requirements
- Final plagiarism report provided along with the edited manuscript
Important: P.R.A does not support or facilitate any form of
academic dishonesty. We only work with original research and provide assistance in improving manuscript
quality, not in fabricating or misrepresenting research findings.
Publication Ethics
Last updated: January 1, 2025
P.R.A is fully committed to the highest standards of publication ethics. We follow the guidelines established
by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE),
and other leading academic standards bodies.
Author Responsibilities
- Authors must ensure that submitted work is original and has not been published elsewhere or is not under
review at another journal simultaneously
- All contributing authors must be properly acknowledged in the manuscript
- Any conflicts of interest, funding sources, or institutional affiliations must be disclosed transparently
- Data presented must be accurate, verifiable, and free from fabrication or falsification
Our Ethical Commitments
- We work exclusively with legitimate, peer-reviewed journals that follow recognized ethical standards
- We never submit manuscripts to predatory journals or fake conferences
- We do not engage in authorship manipulation, including ghost-writing for submission without proper
disclosure
- We maintain complete confidentiality of unpublished research and client data
Our Commitment: P.R.A provides expert guidance and writing
assistance — but all intellectual contributions, research findings, and core ideas in every manuscript come
from the authors themselves.
Peer Review Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2025
P.R.A supports and respects the peer review process as the cornerstone of scientific integrity. We assist
authors in understanding peer review feedback and preparing effective responses to reviewer comments.
Types of Peer Review We Support
- Single-blind review: Reviewers know the authors' identities but authors do not know
reviewers'
- Double-blind review: Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other
- Open peer review: Both author and reviewer identities are disclosed — increasingly common
in open access journals
Our Reviewer Response Support
- Detailed analysis of reviewer comments to understand required revisions
- Point-by-point response letter preparation addressing each reviewer concern professionally
- Manuscript revision to incorporate reviewer suggestions while maintaining scientific integrity
- Guidance on when and how to professionally disagree with reviewer comments
Note: P.R.A never attempts to manipulate, bribe, or circumvent
the peer review process. We believe in earning acceptance through research quality and clear communication
with editors and reviewers.
